Our training
In 2001, we relocated to a 17,000 m2 property with a total of 12,000 m2 building area (includes offices, training facility, dormitories, etc.) and is able to accommodate more than 1200 recruits and close to 100 staffs.
Included in the training center are: 35 classes complete with language laboratories, cooking classes, caregiver classes, baby sitting classes, a complete mini hospital training facility for nurses and caregivers, spa training facility, 2 dining halls, 137 bathrooms, 1 basketball court, 1 badminton court, 3 dormitories, 1 prayer room, 1 mini market, 1 library and et cetera.
Currently, our group is building one more hospital training facility to re-train our recruited nurses aiming to work in medically more advanced countries such as Japan and Singapore. This facility would be equipped with highly advanced medical equipment, which are normally utilized in these countries’ hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
Aside from our central training center in Gempol, our group has 6 additional regional training centers which altogether can accommodate up to 2470 trainees.
