The strategic placements of Avirama workforce
Avirama is more than your average employment agency.
Health practitioner
Our group has trained and placed health practitioners such as nurses and midwifes to work in nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals overseas since 2005. Indonesian nurses (specifically PDS nurses) are favored due to their good conduct and respect (especially towards elderly), obedience, diligence, and learning aptitude.
Industrial Workers
Our group is experienced in the training and placement of male and female workers in industrial sectors in Malaysia and Taiwan. As of 2015, we have trained and deployed up to 5000 workers to work in industrial sectors in Malaysia and Taiwan.
Construction
Starting from 2005 up to the Malaysian government moratorium, we seasonally trained and placed construction workers in Malaysia. Additionally, in 2015 Algeria became another destination to our construction workers. Follows by Serbia, Papua New Guinea, Dubai and Hungary.
Agriculture & Fisheries
From 2005, our group seasonally trained and send workers to work as fishermen and ship crew to Taiwan. Additionally, in 2016, PDS collaborated with LPK PDS to train prospective technical intern trainee in seaweed cultivation in Japan.
Others
Our group versatility can be seen by its ability to accommodate intermittent demands from overseas clients. Due to its large and dynamic network, we are able to recruit, train, and placed workers in sectors that are not in its regular repertoire. Some examples are:
- Taxi drivers to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.)
- Hotel staffs, restaurant chefs, and cleaning service staffs to K.S.A.;
- Spa workers and cleaning service staffs to Malaysia
